For a blissful and nurturing foot soak, especially after being on your feet all day! Refresh your feet while reducing mental fatigue and energizing the mind.
1. Add essential oils to 1 tsp of jojoba oil.
2. Add essential oil and jojoba to small grain pink Himalayan salt.
3. Prepare hot water foot bath and test it isn't too hot.
4. Add pink Himalayan salt blend to a hot water foot bath.
5. Soak feet and relax for 15 minutes.
- Add 1 teaspoon of baking soda to salt blend.
