6 drops of Petitgrain (Bigarade) Oil

3 drops of Chamomile Roman Oil

3 drops of Bergamot Oil

1 drop of Ylang Ylang (Complete) Oil

1 oz. of Lotion - Unscented

Directions

Blend essential oils together in unscented lotion. Use as needed throughout the day for relief from cramping muscles.
