Blues Be Gone Inhaler Blend

For those down moments, this blend helps ground the senses for those who are going through situational anxiety and depression.

  1. Disassemble an Arome Inhaler (I like the red ones).
  2. Add 5 drops of Ylang Ylang (Complete) Oil and 15 drops of Cedarwood to the organic cotton wick. 
  3. Reassemble the inhaler
  4. Use as needed to brighten your day!

Note: This blend is quite powerful and Ylang Ylang can cause headaches for some people, so be sure to test and see how you react. Little sniffs are best!
