Directions: Add essential oils to 1 ounce of Arnica infused oil

  1. Add essential oils White Turmeric, Lemongrass ct Rhodinal, Plai, and Balsam Copaiba to 1 ounce of Arnica infused oil.
  2. Shake gently to blend the essential oils with the Arnica infused oil. 

Massage onto painful areas as needed.
