Evening Bath Blend
An aromatic bath before bedtime can greatly enhance sleep and provide a psychologically rejuvenating experience.
Combine the essential oils with 1/2 cup of small-grain pink Himalayan salt and add the mixture to your bath. Swish the salts around until dissolved and step into a bath blissfully reminiscent of a tub full of rose petals and jasmine flowers. Add 1/2 cup of milk or cream for a soothing skin treatment.
