  1. Pour the jojoba into a 1 oz (30 ml) glass bottle.
  2. Add the essential oils.
  3. Roll the bottle gently between your hands to distribute the essential oils through the jojoba.

Use this oil to massage your neck and shoulders (where a lot of muscle tension can live and radiate up into your scalp).
