Soothing Joint Relief with Arnica Oil

This essential oil recipe blended into a base of Arnica Oil can help soothe painful, inflamed joints.

  1. Pour 1 oz. of arnica oil into an empty 1 oz. amber glass bottle. 
  2. Add the essential oils, tighten the cap, and gently turn back and forth until blended.
  3. Apply to painful, inflamed joints as needed.

My daughter made this for me and it is truly amazing! I put it on in the morning when it was throbbing and completely forgot I ever had any pain in my thumb at all!!! The pain was so far out of mind I forgot to tell her it worked!
