Soothing Relief for Muscle Spasms

This blend in Arnica oil is perfect for nighttime or when needing to get some rest while letting a painful, tight area relax and unwind. This synergy of essential oils is a welcome relief for those occasional times when help is needed.

  1. Add 1 oz. of Arnica infused oil to an empty 1 oz. bottle.
  2. Drop the essential oils into the Arnica Oil and cap the bottle.
  3. Roll the bottle gently to blend everything together. 
  4. Massage gently onto painful, tight, and inflamed areas.
