  1. Add 1 oz. of Trauma Oil or Jojoba Oil to an empty 1 oz. glass bottle.
  2. Drop the essential oils into the carrier oil, and cap the bottle.
  3. Roll gently to mix the blend thoroughly.
  4. Apply freely to sore areas.
