10 Essential oils for working & schooling from home

Stay focused when working from home (or home schooling) with essential oils.

These changing times have switched up daily routines for a lot of us. Many people are keeping their families healthy by working from home, and venturing into home schooling for their children. For some of us, this is a brand new way of living! It can require a big shift in your mindset.

You’ll need motivation to stay productive, mental focus and clarity, and just enough energy to stay engaged with your tasks. (Too much energy, and you and the kids might want to drop everything and go for a bike ride… but not enough energy, and you’ll all be taking naps in the middle of work and school lessons!)

Essential oils offer incredible support during times like this.

Running a diffuser periodically during the day can change the atmosphere of your entire work/study space. And giving everyone their own personal inhaler or roll-on blend allows them to get targeted support when and how they need it.

Along with using essential oils for working and schooling from home, it’s also a good idea to have a designated work/study space. That way you can more easily “switch modes” from work and school to family time.

Essential oils offer natural options for creating a focused, calm environment that helps streamline productivity and keep everyone on task.
