Received this lovely oil about a week ago. It is softer and gentler than most of the other lavenders, which I love. The stronger ones might, I think, work better in a blend or diffuser. Lavender Greece is perfect for falling back to sleep, which is a trouble for me nearly every night. I use it every night. When I wake up in the night I put a couple drops on a cotton round and put in on the pillow near my head. I naturally breathe in the gentle soothing aroma and soon find myself drifting peacefully back to blessed sleep. The cotton round doesn’t roll away like a cotton ball, but stats on the pillow where you put it. Essential oils have made my life better in so many ways. Thank you.
