The Yarrow plant is strong and gentle at the same time. It has a hard, strong outer stem and a soft substance inside the stem. We love this oil for its’ cooling and anti-inflammatory properties. It is also very useful for muscle spasms, irritable bowel syndrome, indigestion, and gas.
