Help Your Dog Heal Itself

I ordered this item Nov 28. It is now Dec 13 and still have not received it or the other items that was purchased at the same time. However I do love your company and feel as though I will love this item whenever it does show up.

I've been studying the way animals heal themselves in the wild. This book really helps that understanding in my dogs.

Several months ago I bought 2 books. One was for my son who recently adopted 2 Senior Golden Retriever brother's. The owner passed away and left in her will her "boys need to stay together in a loving home." We have raised Golden Retriever all his life so he knows the pro's and con's of senior pets. After a check up at their vet the were started on a Flea and Tick monthly oil Frontline. That night after the initial dose 1 of the boys had a grand mal seizure. Because he continued with the same vet as the owner he called and Vet said no history of seizures it was the Flea Control. They have since switched their medication. My son knows I'm working on my ACP and have been using EO's for about a year. He asked if I could help. I quickly informed him that we in the ACP never use oils on animals. In the mean time our 14 yo Golden Doodle began to have difficulties climbing stairs. We did several non-medical environmental changes but things progressed. She was seen by our vet who stated the cause was muscle loss in her back legs and a bit of arthritis in her knees from an old jumping injury. She started on pain medication. That's when I found this book. Bought 2 copies. ! my son is reading and using methods within the book. My husband grabbed ours and has engrossed himself in it as if it were the secret Patriot's football plays. He to is loving every page. I just began to read it this week and love the ideas and suggestions. I can pick and choose the items I feel comfortable doing so it is much more parent friendly. It's a wonderfully written book with great ideas to help our fur-babies. If you like me are seeking less medication and more natural sources for health management of your 4 legged friends it's a must have.

I’m finding this book to be so helpful and interesting! I have already used a few recipes and suggestions for my dogs and feel more confident being able to help with minor skin issues.

Yet another way to use essential oils explained in a very user-friendly way. This book breaks down the science of how dogs/animals smell and how smells are so important to an animals well-being, or adverse effects of certain plants, elemnts, etc. I am learning how to use oils to help my German Shepherd's itchy skin.
