It can be used in a bath to help alleviate insomnia, reduce tension and anxiety. Good results reducing anxiety!  A very simple blend of Ylang Ylang and Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) is wonderful for supporting sleep, especially for those with a busy mind! It can be added to cream as a beautiful moisturizing agent and is generally good in skin care blends. Beautiful oil
This is a beautiful oil! I've bought ylang ylang from another company in the past and that one was so cloyingly floral that it gave me a headache and I did not like smelling it. I generally am not a fan of the floral scents. Not this one. This is a beautiful floral scent with almost a hint of a spice to it. I can't stop smelling it.
