Vanilla Infused Jojoba Oil

Vanilla Infused Jojoba Oil from Aromatics

Vanilla Infused Jojoba Oil

Description

We are excited to offer this luscious jojoba oil that we have infused with Vanilla oleoresin. The aroma is warm, rich and full of vanilla! This oil can be used as a carrier oil for making any essential oil blend, for making body butters, lip balm and lip stick bases, perfumes, massage oils or as its own moisturizer. I have been using jojoba as a moisturizer for as long as I can remember, and having the vanilla aroma is a wonderful addition! Jojoba is not a true oil but a liquid wax. It is highly penetrating and closely resembles our skin's own natural sebum.

Resources

Aromatics International's Bourbon Vanilla Oleoresin is produced in Madagascar. The production of Vanilla Oleoresin involves an alcohol extraction of Vanilla beans, followed by removal of the alcohol by distillation in a vacuum. The oleoresin remaining after alcohol evaporation is a dark, luscious brown and is thicker than honey. Vanilla Oleoresin is very concentrated and is also much thicker then a pure absolute.

Product Q&A
Just received mine- can't wait to try! There are dark spots (probably the oleoresin?) inside the bottle- is this normal?
The dark spots are indeed the vanilla oleoresin, which is very normal when purchasing our vanilla infused jojoba wax.

Good Morning, what is the shelf life on jojoba wax? I have some that I purchased over a year ago.. Lisa Walker
Jojoba wax is so nice to work with as it doesn't have a shelf-life and will last for years.

Low scent
Was expecting a stronger vanilla scent. Have infused my own vanilla and have had way stronger scent. Disappointing...

No scent at all
I was so excited to receive this... I've been wanting to add a vanilla scent to some of my homemade body butters, and I debated long and hard whether to infuse my own or buy the stuff already diffused. I went with this because I wanted to use it as soon as I got it. I opened it on arrival, but there was no scent at all. I asked my husband what he thought without telling him my opinion, and he couldn't smell anything either. So disappointed...

One of my favorites for lip balms and body butters.
This is my go-to oil when creating lip balm products. It adds an amazing touch of vanilla! It smells (and tastes) delicious!
