Siberian Fir from Aromatics

Siberian Fir

Abies sibirica

Description

Our organically crafted Siberian fir essential oil (also widely known as Siberian pine essential oil) is steam distilled from needles and pinecones wildcrafted from Siberian fir trees majestically growing in dense forests located in Western Siberia. One of our favorite ways to use this essential oil is in a steam blend for promoting sinus health when looking to either fend off a cold or minimize early cold and flu symptoms.

The dark green needles and rich brown cones of the Abies sibirica conifer tree create a sweet, camphoraceous, piney, slightly balsamic essential oil. In addition to acting as a brilliant lung support, Siberian fir essential oil can also help in reducing minor pain and inflammation as well as easing unwanted muscle spasms. Siberian fir essential oil is one of the more effective oils to use in a steam blend several times a day when you feel like you might be coming down with a cold or the flu, especially when blended with a drop or two of eucalyptus and tea tree. Emotionally and energetically, Siberian fir essential oil increases positive energy and can also help promote a stronger self-image and improve acceptance when facing difficult times or important decisions.

Awesome oil, if you love the forest/woods
I am soon to be certified aromatherapist and this is one of my favorite oils. I love conifers, not only great in pain blends but respiratory blends as well.
