Benefits and uses

We’ve chosen four of our most effective allergy relief oils for you—eucalyptus dives, ravintsara, Douglas fir, and laurel leaf.

When you open the oils and smell their fresh, penetrating, sinus-clearing aromas, you’ll know why they’re so popular for issues like:

  • Sneezing
  • Congestion
  • Coughing
  • Headaches
  • Feeling tired

They work because they’re rich in the natural component 1,8 cineole (great for respiratory health) and camphene (a powerful anti-inflammatory).

We think you’ll love this recipe so much that we’re including a reusable inhaler in the kit—you’ll want to make it again and again!
