Inula graveolens

Description

This 10% dilution blend of inula (sweet) essential oil in jojoba oil is the perfect solution to using and appreciating this precious essential oil without spending a fortune.

Sweet Inula is a common flowering plant that is particularly noted for helping to maintain normal lung fluids as well as the occasional support for minor aches and pains associated with daily life. Inula is calming and relaxing and is a wonderful lung support for healthy upper respirations. Sweet Inula helps to relax and can be a sleep support for those times when your mind needs to be quiet. The borneol in Inula may help stimulate blood circulation and aid in healthy digestion. Useful for helping to decrease swelling and maintain healthy skin integrity especially with the annoying burn or hot, reddened areas.

This 10% dilution blend is potent and perfect for blending into your favorite blend. A perfect way to use angelica root essential oil on a more regular basis without worrying about the cost!

Safety + Shelf Life

No known safety issues. Sweet Inula should not be confused with a related plant Inula helenium. While Inula graveolens is frequently used in aromatherapy, Inula helenium, also known as Elecampane (distilled from the root), is a severe dermal sensitizer and should not be used. Our sweet Inula is 100% Inula graveolens and entirely safe for therapeutic use.

The suggested shelf life is 4-5 years.
