Makrut Lime Peel from Aromatics

Makrut Lime Peel

Citrus hystrix

Description

Makrut lime essential oil from Thailand (Thai bergamot) has a bright and energetic lime aroma with a hint of Ginger. We love using it in our diffuser and it is perfect to use in an inhaler for it's uplifting properties and cold and flu properties. We like to add Makrut lime (also known as kaffir lime) to our blends for hot and painful issues as it is cooling and has a wonderful antispasmodic action.

This essential oil is distilled from the peel of the bumpy skinned fruit also called Combavaand is used in Thai curry paste and cooking for a zesty lime flavor. Effective to add to your blend for head lice and treating scabies.
