Description: Frankincense Resin (Raw)
Country of Origin: Somaliland
Recommended Use: Use this resin for burning as an incense, for prayer and to clear the space. The resin can be burned in a wood stove or on a charcoal tab. Some even put small chunks in a pot of water on the stove, or will burn the resin on a piece of aluminum foil.
Information: This resin is from the Boswellia Carterii tree. The Frankincense aroma is beautiful, soothing, calming and centering. Frankincense and Myrrh were highly treasured possessions in ancient worlds, considered more valuable then many precious gems. The resin is a great anti-inflammatory and the locals will chew on a piece of the resin as a form of natural aspirin.
