Witepsol is comprised of glycerides of saturated fatty acids. The appearance looks like hard tiny white waxy pellets. Witepsol is normally used when making rectal suppositories. This would be used in place of Cocoa Butter or mixed with Cocoa Butter. 26 grams will make 12 - 2 gram suppositories.
Directions: Put amount of Witepsol for desired amount of suppositories in a glass measuring cup. Put this measuring cup in a pan of hot water and melt pellets over low heat. Once melted add appropriate drops of essential oil. Add any other ingredients and stir well. Pour into Suppository molds.
Option: Add a small amount of Calendula infused oil for added healing properties.
