This is my first time using hydrosols; even though I've worked with flower essences, EO's, herbal tinctures & teas, etc. since 1970. I am now finding hydrosols to be my current starting point for everything ! The St. John's Wort is very grounding, calming, and inspiring. I have added it to water and beverages, spritzed marma and junction points, and have misted my face. I'm so glad I found Aromatics International!
My experience has been great! I have an old American Kestrel that lives in my room and has started to have joint issues in her old age. She won’t let me go to sleep without having her oils and has had a lot fewer issues since the St Johns Wort Hydrosol. I love having sprays that are gentle and safe for animals, while still being therapeutic!
