Safety Information

  • Safety & Dilution: This blend may be used in the diffuser, diluted in a carrier, or added to an inhaler. For asthmatics, we recommend gently smelling the caps of each oil before blending to ensure the oils do not cause a negative reaction.
  • Kid Safety: This blend is safe for kids 10 and over.
  • Pet Safety: If using as a diffuser blend, ensure any pets have another space to go to if the aroma starts to bother them.
  • Shelf Life: The ingredient with the shortest shelf life remaining becomes the shelf life of the entire blend.

Directions

  1. 1. Combine the essential oils into a 5 ml amber glass bottle.
  2. 2. This undiluted combination of oils becomes your "stock bottle."
  3. 3. Use 1 drop only from the stock bottle in a bowl of steaming water.
  4. 4. Place a towel over your head and the bowl, close your eyes and breathe deeply for 10 - 15 minutes.
