It's a beautiful piece but I'm very unhappy with the quality quality. There is a rubber piece at the bottom of the diffuser piece that holds the beautiful crystal glass cover in place. But you have to push The glass piece into this rubber. That scares me that scares me. It's a beautiful piece but maybe I maybe I just don't know how to work it or it's made really oddly.

Hi Dina! Thanks for sharing your feedback! Our apologies for any disappointment with this diffuser. Please know it is safe to press the glass cover into the rubber piece. This helps keep the unit all nice and snuggly fitted together. We recommend holding the unit on its sides when pressing it down. While the glass cover is fairly strong, it is always best to handle glass with care. We hope you find you love the unit, once you are able to get the hang of it. It is quite beautiful!
