Free domestic shipping

Our Economy Shipping is currently free on all US retail orders!

We also offer Expedited, Two Day and Next Day services for people who just can't wait. Shipping times and costs are available at checkout.

Orders are processed and dispatched during regular business hours (Monday through Friday excluding major US holidays). For Expedited, Two Day and Next Day services, we promise to process your shipment the day you order, if ordered before 2pm ET on a working day. If ordered after 2pm ET we guarantee to process your order the next working day (and sometimes we can get it done same day!).

Please note: Free shipping is not available for those receiving wholesale, teaching, professional, or bulk product discounts.

Free shipping to 24 countries

We currently offer free international shipping to 24 countries outside the United States.

Qualifying countries are: Canada, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, South Korea, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and United Kingdom.

Canadian customers benefit from free Economy Shipping for orders over $75 and free Expedited Shipping for orders over $200. For the other free shipping countries these thresholds are: orders over $125 for free Economy Shipping and orders over $250 for free expedited orders. Discounts and Aroma Drop redemptions do not count towards order totals. 

For orders or countries that do not currently qualify for free shipping Economy and/or Expedited Shipping will be quoted during checkout. In a limited number of cases Economy Shipping may not be available to any country due a particularly heavy order. 

Note: Customs, duties and/or sales taxes may be due on international shipments. Any such charges will need to be paid for by the recipient (i.e. you the customer) before the package can be delivered or collected. Any orders that are returned to us because of unpaid charges will be refunded minus any shipping costs we incur.

Damaged or Missing Items

Accidents do happen! If your order arrived damaged, please email us a photo of the damaged items and packaging to We will arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you at no cost to you. If an item is missing from your order please email us at and we would be happy to assist.

Refunds and Replacements

At Aromatics International, providing the highest quality essential oils to our customers is our passion and we want our customers to love our products as much as we do. If, for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your purchase, please return items to us within 60 days of purchase for either a full refund or replacement.

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund any original shipping costs and customers are responsible for paying for return shipping. If retail customers request a replacement this can be shipped within the United States for free.

Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for gift cards.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 247 Westgate Way, Florence, MT, 59833. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment if items are unopened; store credit will be granted for opened items; or a replacement item will be shipped. Opened or used items may receive a partial refund.
