Do you offer free shipping?

We often offer free shipping options. We currently offer free shipping on US orders over $79 and free US returns. International shipping offers are listed on a tab further below.

Exclusions to free shipping: Please note that Bulk items or Aromahead Kit orders are not eligible for free shipping promotions. Please note that Bulk orders or Aromahead kits are not eligible for returns, replacements, exchanges or refunds. If for any reason you feel that there is a quality issue with your bulk oil or Aromahead kit then please notify our team within 10 days of delivery and send a small sample back for testing. For Aromahead kits with a defective product we will send you a replacement item for any specific products that do not meet your expectations.

Do you offer other shipping methods?

Yes! We also offer Expedited, Two Day and Next Day services on US orders for people who just can't wait. Shipping times and costs are available at checkout.

How soon will my order ship?

Orders are processed and dispatched from our workshop during regular business hours (Monday through Friday excluding major US holidays).

For Expedited, Two Day and Next Day services, we typically dispatch your shipment the day you order, if ordered before 2pm ET on a working day. Expedited orders are prioritized before standard orders. If there is a high-volume of orders processing time can be delayed.

Will I receive free shipping if I am a wholesaler, teacher, or professional?

Free shipping is not available for those receiving wholesale, teaching, professional, or bulk product discounts at this time.

Do I qualify for free international shipping?

We currently offer free international shipping to 16 countries. Order weights must be below 4.4lbs on all international orders to qualifty for our free shipping offer. Qualifying countries are: Canada, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, France, Gibraltar, Hong Kong, Ireland, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, and Sweden.

For shipments to Canada, France, Hong Kong, and Singapore the order thresholds to qualify for free shipping are:

For shipments to the remaining 12 countries the order thresholds to qualify for free shipping are:

Free shipping options for orders over $350 and less than 4.4lbs


Discounts and Aroma Drop redemptions do not count towards order totals.

In a limited number of cases, Economy Shipping may not be available due to an especially heavy order.

If my country is not listed for free international shipping, can I still place an order?

Yes! For orders or countries that do not currently qualify for free shipping Economy and/or Expedited, shipping will be quoted during checkout.

Will I be charged customs fees, duty or other taxes for international shipments?

Yes, this is likely! Any customs, duty or other taxes charged by your home country will need to be paid for by the recipient before the package can be delivered or collected. For some countries we will collect these for you. Any orders that are returned/rejected because of unpaid charges will be refunded minus any shipping costs we incur.

What is your return policy?

We offer free returns for US orders.

At Aromatics International, providing the highest quality products to our customers is our passion, and we want our customers to love our products as much as we do. Something not quite right? How will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once approved, a refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment if items are unopened; store credit will be granted for opened items. Opened or used items may receive a partial credit.

Do you offer replacements on broken or defective items?

Accidents do happen. If your retail order arrived damaged we will arrange for a replacement to be shipped at no cost to you.
