Our certified organic ginger hydrolat is steam distilled from the fresh roots of flowering plants cultivated in Hawaii. We're moving our 100 ml hydrolats into clear glass bottles, so yours may arrive in clear or amber glass while we use up our amber stock. We prefer clear glass because it lets you see if a hydrolat's color changes. Keep it somewhere cool and out of direct sunlight.
