Very helpful for my back pain and hand eczema

St. John's wort is a wonderful plant that deserves a place in every home. Yes, it's mostly known for its mental health support (anxiety/depression) but it's also considered a nervine and antispasmatic. This essential oil really is a wonderful way of being able to use this medicine cabinet plant, and fast. Helps ease tension and pain - which is why I always include it in my homemade "First Aid Salve".
