How do I get 25% off?

Add code SUMMER25 at checkout. The discount applies to every item in the Summer Collection.

What's included in the sale?

The full Summer Collection, our warm-weather favorites across essential oils, hydrosols, carriers, and butters. If it's on this page, the code works on it.

What about items that are already marked down?

Everything in the Summer Collection is 25% off with code SUMMER25, including items already marked down in our sale bin. For those, the 25% comes off their already-reduced price, so you're getting an extra 25% off pieces that were already on sale. Those already-discounted items are final sale (no returns or exchanges).

Can I use SUMMER25 with another code or my rewards?

Just one promo code or reward per order. SUMMER25 is your 25% off, so entering a different code or redeeming a reward coupon will override it, not add to it. To keep the 25%, make sure SUMMER25 is the code applied at checkout.

Do I get free shipping?

Yes, on US orders $99 and up.

Is there a free gift?

Yes. Add $75 or more in products to your cart (anything on the site counts toward the $75, not just sale items) and a free-gift box appears at checkout. That's where you add this week's Deal of the Week: a free Lavender Artisan Hydrosol (100 ml, a $30 value).

What's your return policy?

Because our oils and hydrosols are natural, perishable, and meant to be used, we keep returns simple so quality stays high for everyone (updated effective June 25, 2026):

  • Return window is 14 days from delivery. (Orders placed before June 25 keep the previous 45-day terms.)
  • Arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect? That's on us. We'll send a replacement or a full refund to your original payment and cover return shipping. Often a quick photo is all we need.
  • Changed your mind on an unopened item? We're glad to accept it for store credit, with return shipping covered by you.
  • Opened or used products can't be returned, for freshness and safety.
  • Final sale: sale-bin and expired oils, retired-label products, bulk sizes, gift cards, and any already-reduced item taking the extra 25% off in this sale.
