United StatesI put it into water, usually 32 oz: 1 tbs ratio, and drink it throughout the day. It is not too strong and overpowering aroma and taste, and I enjoy its freshness.
United StatesI've discovered bay laurel essential oil long time ago and soon it became my absolute number 1, leaving tea tree oil behind (I love them both though :) ) When you think oh hydrosol as something that does not have enough strength at all, you have to taste it :) Oh it tastes just as bay laurel eo, lighter of course, but it definitely does have a power. I love misting my face before applying oil, and spritzing in my mouth after I brush my teeth. I just love the taste of it. In both cases, hydrosol disinfects and is slightly astringent.
