    I have arthritis pretty bad in my hands. When I have flare ups and the pain is really noticeable I will use this as a light rub on my knuckles. The relief is very noticeable and I won't have to take an oral medicine to reduce the pain.

    Love this Oil!

    I read that Turmeric essential oil is very effective for easing pain in muscles and joints. My wife uses it for hip and back pain due to a below the knee amputation that causes stress on her sound leg. This oil has been helpful with that pain. So thankful to find a reputable source!
