The book is a very comprehensive and thorough overview of hydrosols from a distillers perspective and also for proper usage, storage and understanding the properties of each plant distilled. I distill my own hydrosols and the book has helped me to refine my distillation process, while learning more about hydrosols as an overview. I would highly recommend this book, both for experienced distillers and beginners alike. Very much worth the investment in learning!
