Why are these products on sale?

Products may go on sale due to seasonal promotions, overstock, or nearing their expiration dates. We offer discounts to ensure these high-quality items find a good home.

How long do sale prices last?

Sale prices are available while supplies last or until the sale period ends. Be sure to check the product listing for specific details.

Are sale items still high-quality?

Yes, all sale items meet our strict quality standards. Some products may be approaching their expiration date but remain effective and safe for recommended uses. Once oils reach their expiration dates, they move to our Expired Oils collection, where they’re offered at even deeper discounts for eco-friendly, non-topical uses like cleaning and passive diffusion. This allows you to enjoy quality oils at a reduced price while minimizing waste.

Do sale items include the same product information and support as full-priced items?

Absolutely! Each sale item includes full product details, batch-specific information, and our customer support team is here to assist with any questions.

What is the return policy for items purchased on sale?

We love offering special pricing whenever we can! Please note that all on-sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Expired products and retired label items are also considered final sale.

If you have any questions about a product before placing your order, our team is always happy to help you choose with confidence.

Can I use discount codes or Aroma Drops rewards on sale items?

Yes! You can use either an existing discount code or redeem your Aroma Drops rewards points to save even more on sale items, unless specified otherwise.
