Aromatics International Professional's Program Terms & Conditions

By participating in the Aromatics International Professional Program, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in termination of your professional account privileges.

Professional Program members receive a 30% discount on collections, including retail sizes of essential oils, hydrosols, carriers, and blends. Please note the discount does not apply to store-wide purchases. The discount code for eligible accounts will be given out to professional members from our customer service team once your application for the program is approved. The Professional Program does not qualify for free shipping. Standard shipping rates will apply to all orders. Professional accounts are not eligible to participate in the Aromatics International AromaDrops Rewards Program. 

The Professional Program is open exclusively to members of the Thriving Aromatherapist community. Membership to the Professional Program will be revoked if a member cancels or fails to pay their Thriving Aromatherapist membership dues.

Members must apply through our online application process, and will be notified via email of acceptance to the program .

Products purchased through the Professional Program are intended for use within a professional practice and not for resale.

To use your professional discount, login into your Aromatics International member account associated with your professional account. Shop a wide selection of eligible aromatherapy products, and enter your discount code at checkout to receive your discount.

Participation in the Aromatics International Professional Program is a privilege extended to Aromatics International customers and can be suspended, revoked, or terminated by Aromatics International at any time, with or without cause. If your participation is terminated, all benefits, including any accumulated discounts and other program perks, will be immediately and automatically forfeited.

Aromatics International reserves the right to alter any or all terms of the Professional Program, amend these Terms and Conditions, or terminate the program entirely, at any time and without prior notice or further obligations to participants. This includes, but is not limited to, changes affecting the discount rates, eligibility criteria, or any other benefits associated with the program. Users will be notified of any changes, amendments, or termination via message, email, or postings on the Aromatics International website, and such changes will take effect immediately unless stated otherwise in the notification.
