Aromatics International Customer Rewards Terms & Conditions

The AromaDrops Reward Program is brought to you by Aromatics International. All Aromatics International customers, who are 18 years or older, are automatically enrolled when they create an Aromatics International Customer Account. Participation and benefits are void where prohibited by law. Taxes may apply where required by law. Aromatics International assumes no liability for any user’s participation that contravenes the laws or regulations of their state. Your participation is subject to current and future program rules. Your participation is valid only at www.aromatics.com and rewards may only be earned and redeemed on www.aromatics.com.

Aromatics AromaDrops Rewards Program consists of 3 VIP status tiers. All customers that create an account with Aromatics International are automatically enrolled to the Bud members status.  Once a members spends $250 or refers 3 friends in the last 12 months they will earn Bud members status. To maintain Bud Status a member must continue to spend $250 in the last 12 months. Once a members spends $1,000 or refers 10 friends in the last 12 months they will earn Flower members status. To maintain Flower Status a member must continue to spend $1,000 in the last 12 months.

The accumulation of points is subject to rules set by Aromatics International. Each member is responsible for reviewing any rules, newsletters, account statements, terms, and conditions to understand their rights, responsibilities, and status in the AromaDrops Program, as well as the structure for earning rewards. The rewards structure is subject to modification, cancellation, or limitation at Aromatics International's discretion, with or without notice. The number of points required to redeem any reward may be significantly increased, any reward may be withdrawn, and restrictions on any reward or redemption may be imposed at any time.

You may view your account activity and your AromaDrops balance when you login to aromatics.com. Your information will be managed in line with the Aromatics International privacy policy, which can be found at www.aromatics.com/privacy-policy.

Enrollment in the AromaDrops Reward Program Seed VIP Tier allows members to earn 1 point for every $1 spent on Aromatics International Products and includes a five-dollar(US$5) coupon for every 200 points earned. Enrollment in the AromaDrops Reward Program Bud VIP Tier allows members to earn 1.25 points for every $1 spent on Aromatics International Products. Enrollment in the AromaDrops Reward Program Flower VIP Tier allows members to earn 1.5 points for every $1 spent on Aromatics International Products. AromaDrop Reward Points are earned after orders have been fulfilled by our workshop. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice. Benefits are only those listed on the website at any given time.

AromaDrops Reward Points may only be redeemed on www.aromatics.com. AromaDrops may only be redeemed for a discount off of the subtotal of your cart. AromaDrops Reward Points cannot be used to pay for taxes or shipping costs. Unless otherwise noted by Aromatics International AromaDrop Reward Points are not combinable with other discounts or offers. Aromatics International may limit the amount of AromaDrops a member is allow to redeem at one time.

A member must accumulate 200 drops before being eligible to redeem those AromaDrop Reward Points. Members with less than 200 AromaDrop Reward Points will not be able to redeem those drops until they have acquired at least 200 AromaDrop Reward Points.

Users wishing to redeem AromaDrops Reward Points will receive $5 off the purchase price of their order in redemption of 200 AromaDrops Reward Points. When users decide to redeem their AromaDrops Reward Points, those points will be deducted from their total balance. The system will update the user's remaining AromaDrops Reward Points immediately after the points are redeemed. AromaDrops Reward Points cannot be applied to prior purchases or the purchase of Aromatics International Gift Cards. Aromatics International may, at its sole discretion, restrict the redemption of AromaDrops Reward Points for certain products. Other restrictions may apply.

Members are subject to Aromatics International's rights of termination and modification. AromaDrops expire after 1 year of inactivity. Inactivity means you have not used your drops, or acquired more within one full year. To reset your expiration date simply use some of your rewards, or earn more. Actions that count as being “active” include making a purchase, receiving rewards, referring others, redeeming points, and creating an account.

Access to exclusive offers and discounts may change with or without notice. Benefits are only those listed on the website at any given time.

Customers will receive requests to review products via email. Please note that not all products will receive requests for reviews. These emails may take anywhere from 48 hours to 2 weeks to arrive.

Reviews of Aromatics International products on the website will be evaluated for legitimacy and language. Once reviews are submitted and posted to aromatics.com AromaDrops Reward Points are credited to a user's account. While posted reviews will not be altered for content, they may be edited to fix spelling errors, typos, significant grammatical issues, and/or to reduce length.

Aromatics International reserves the right to reject reviews that it considers (in its sole discretion) to be of no value or in violation of the Aromatics International Terms of Service, and therefore no AromaDrops Reward Points will be awarded for such reviews.

These Refer-A-Friend Program Terms and Conditions are in addition to the Conditions of Use, to which you agree by using the Plant Therapy Website. To the extent the Conditions of Use are inconsistent with these terms, these terms will control with respect to the Refer-A-Friend Program only.

When you refer a friend they will receive $10 off their first order of $30 or more and you will receive $10 (400 AromaDrop points) for each successful referral.
In order for you to receive your 400 AromaDrops:

• You must send an invitation using one of the options available in the referral dashboard.
• The customer whom you refer must be a new customer to Aromatics International.
• The customer you refer must click on the link in your invitation and continue to a complete a purchase on the Aromatics International website.
• The referred customer must not return that purchase.

Participation in the Refer-a-Friend Program may require you to provide personal information about yourself and your friends, such as names and email addresses. By participating, you agree to receive communications from us regarding your participation in the Refer-a-Friend Program and to allow us to contact your friends about your participation (for example, by informing them that you sent an invitation). Any information collected from you or your friends as part of the Refer-a-Friend Program will be subject to our Privacy Notice.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, at any time and without prior notice to you, to add to, remove, or otherwise modify these terms. This includes, but is not limited to, changing the amount of referral coupons, altering how you may earn and spend referral coupons, modifying the duration and expiration of referral coupons, setting minimum purchase amounts for using referral coupons, changing the maximum amount of referral coupons you may earn, and discontinuing the Refer-a-Friend Program entirely. We will post an updated version of these terms on the Aromatics International website, and by continuing to use the Aromatics International website or the Refer-a-Friend Program after such changes are posted, you will be deemed to have accepted these changes.

Participation in the Aromatics International AromaDrops Reward Program is a privilege extended to Aromatics International customers and can be suspended, revoked, or terminated by Aromatics International at any time, with or without cause. If your participation is terminated, all benefits, including any accumulated AromaDrops Reward Points and other program perks, will be immediately and automatically forfeited.

Aromatics International reserves the right to alter any or all terms of the AromaDrops Reward Program, amend these Terms of Service, or terminate the program entirely, at any time and without prior notice or further obligations to participants. This includes, but is not limited to, changes affecting AromaDrops earned after the date of modification or altering the value of already accumulated AromaDrops. Users will be notified of any changes, amendments, or termination via message, email, or postings on the Aromatics International website, and such changes will take effect immediately unless stated otherwise in the notification.
