I actually add to this Hydrosol with a few drops of eucalyptus. Then lightly spray my upper part of my bed about an hour before retiring for the evening. The scent is so relaxing and my breathing is better. No more dry mouth during the night to wake me up. Without using this I have to put those nose strips on and I hate them.

I use Spearmint hydrosol in my water every single day. I was using fresh mint but I found the hydrosol to be more economical and convenient and of course delicious. I also use it occasionally in my diffusers. Awesome product. Peppermint is wonderful too but I recently switched and love it. Both are great for digestion.
