Benefits and uses

In addition to its antibacterial capabilities, our English thyme hydrosol has antiviral and antifungal activity, as well. It also has antioxidant and antispasmodic properties. Looking at its chemistry, it may have even more benefits! English thyme hydrosol is one of two thyme hydrosols that we carry. It is entirely different than our lemon thyme hydrosol Thymus citriodorus.

We love this English Thyme hydrosol and recommend using it as either a compress, or directly spraying it on scrapes, cuts, and minor wounds to deeply cleanse them and bust any potential germs that might be trying to make themselves at home!
