United States"Not in Love with Marula Oil Product."
I am deeply disappointed in the Marula Oil purchase that I made from Aromatics. The bottle that the product is place in is neither functional nor esthethically pleasing. This is an extremely pricey Oil at $29.99 a pop, yet its place in a cheap bottle without a dropper. Using the oil becomes a huge challenge in this state as there is no way to prevent spillage or waste. I have bought high quality Marula Oil from other brands that were both less expensive and came in a functional, esthetically, pleasing bottle. When one is selling a product and insinuates that such product is high quality then everything about such product should REFLECT this including its packaging and functionality.

Hi Tracee'! Thank you kindly for taking the time to share your feedback! Our apologies for any disappointment. All the carrier oil bottles are open mouth style and come with what are known as "coned caps", while the essential oils all have orifice reducer lids. For the carrier oils we like to recommend pouring nice and slowly, or using pipettes for each use. Plastic pipettes come in handy if wanting to be more precise. Also note, there is a small plastic piece on the inside of each carrier oil lid. It is meant to keep the product from leaking when it is closed. This piece is meant to stay in the cap/lid (not the bottle). Sometimes the plastic piece will come out of the cap/lid, but if this happens, they can simply be snapped back into the cap itself. This is my first time using this oil and I am in love! It is so silky smooth and light, perfect for an anti-aging facial serum. It absorbs very quickly and makes my skin feel soft and smooth. I'm looking forward to trying this in different combinations with other carriers and essential oils for my facial serums.
