Description
Nutmeg essential oil smells just like the spice used for seasonal dishes—warm, spicy, sweet, and woodsy. It’s a popular aroma that stirs the spirit and ignites the imagination, helping us engage in life with a full heart. Nutmeg essential oil can also spark the body’s energy, warming and comforting physical issues that feel cool, tight, sore, and tender. Dilute it well to protect the skin in topical blends. Our wildcrafted nutmeg essential oil is steam distilled from the sun-dried seeds of tall trees in the tropical forests of Indonesia.
Suggested Uses

Digest - Queasiness

Like other “spice” oils, nutmeg has an affinity for the belly. Make a travel oil with nutmeg to calm queasy sensations.

Relieve - Soreness

Make a joint care oil with nutmeg for areas that feel sore, cold, and reluctant to move naturally.

Relieve - Muscle Spasms

Eat something that doesn’t agree with you? Comfort belly spasms with a few drops of nutmeg diluted in a carrier.

A Passion for Aromatherapy

Aromatics International would not be what it is today without your shared belief in what we do, what we stand for, and how we conduct our aromatherapy practice.

I embarked on my journey to source pesticide-free, sustainable products from small-scale farmers and a major criteria of mine is that everything I source is both aromatically vibrant and also therapeatically effective. I love sharing what I find in this world with others. I am constantly blown away by the positive response I receive from all of you. I thank all of you for your strong support throughout the years and am continually inspired by the warm words you share with me. It truly keeps me going.

Love, Karen
