When I can't sleep and nothing else works...
I use this oil so sparingly that a 5mL bottle will last me years. But I will only purchase Spikenard from distributers who I know and trust to only get this precious, oil from responsible harvesters/distillers.

Excellent quality and potency! In over a decade of using essential oils for therapeutic and aromatherapy purposes, I have not found any brand as effective as this. I have successfully used the spikenard, not only for its pleasant fragrance, but in a muscle rub and as aromatherapy for occasional respiratory difficulties. I put the Spikenard in a roll on with Chamomile , Lavender , Frankincense and Rose Otto. Rose mainly as it smells wonderful. The Spikenard to me has a valerian scent. It blended nicely with the other oils. I find adding Spikenard has definitely made me sleep sounder.
