Safety Information

  • Safety & Dilution: This blend was created at a 3% dilution. Please use caution if pregnant or nursing. St Johns Wort can be phototoxic, so use caution if going out into the sun. We also recommend a small patch test to ensure there is no skin sensitivity.
  • Kid Safety: Safe for kids 10 and over.
  • Shelf Life: The ingredient with the shortest shelf life remaining becomes the shelf life of the entire blend.

Directions

  1. 1. Add the essential oils directly to a 1 fl oz bottle of st john's wort infused oil.
  2. 2. Cap the bottle and shake gently to blend.
  3. 3. Apply the blend directly to areas of concern as needed.
