Directions

  1. 1. Drop all of the essential oils into your 10 ml Glass Roller Bottle.
  2. 2. Fill the rest of the roller bottle with Jojoba.
  3. 3. Cap the bottle tightly and gently roll it between your palms to blend everything together.
  4. 4. To use: Roll or dab over the heart, solar plexus, and wrists before deep reflection.
