Description
Our German chamomile from Nepal is a dark green or blue essential oil (depending on the batch), with a distinctive, herbaceous, sweet, strong scent. This oil is like a lullaby for irritated skin! German chamomile’s cooling presence makes it well-loved for sore, hot, tender issues. It also quiets “hot” emotions—inspiring patience, hope, and forgiveness. Our organically grown German chamomile essential oil is steam distilled from beautiful white flowers cultivated in Nepal. Producing the oil is a labor intensive process, making German chamomile precious (and worth it!)

A Passion for Aromatherapy

Aromatics International would not be what it is today without your shared belief in what we do, what we stand for, and how we conduct our aromatherapy practice.

I embarked on my journey to source pesticide-free, sustainable products from small-scale farmers and a major criteria of mine is that everything I source is both aromatically vibrant and also therapeatically effective. I love sharing what I find in this world with others. I am constantly blown away by the positive response I receive from all of you. I thank all of you for your strong support throughout the years and am continually inspired by the warm words you share with me. It truly keeps me going.

Love, Karen

Powerful component for stress

Love using it as a wonderful addition to a relaxing blend to start an evening of de-stressing and calming. It’s color is beautiful and bright.

Chamomile German Oil (Nepal)

When trying to find relief from sore joints and muscles for my husband I came across German Chamomile to use in a blend. It's cooling for all the heat from inflammation and works really well. He loves less pain so he can sleep and I'm getting used to the smell and now love it.

I love this oil and use it in a blend for pain. I love the anti-inflammatory and antispasmodic properties and use it in my blend also for the skin nourishing and calming effects. A beautiful oil.

not my cup of tea

This oil is a powerhouse but I get a headache smelling it. I get the same reaction with Blue Tansy so I just think this blue oils are not my cup of tea. Such a shame!

One of my Favorites!

I use this German Chamomile in so many preparations! I use it for skin salves and creams, but also love it in my diffuser with Sweet Orange and Lavender, to help uplift my mood while keeping me calm.
