Eucalyptus Citriodora Oil

Eucalyptus citriodora

Our organically crafted eucalyptus citriodora essential oil is steam distilled from the leaves of the Eucalyptus citriodora tree growing wild in the South African landscape. One of our favorite ways of using this essential oil is to help purify the system and one’s surrounding environment from unwanted bacteria, fungal, or viral activity.

Benefits and uses

The fragrant grey-green leaves of the Eucalyptus citriodora tree create a fresh, lemony, camphor-like essential oil. Along with helping to purify the system and one’s surrounding environment, eucalyptus citriodora essential oil is helpful in reducing unwanted inflammation. This essential oil is calming and sedating. Try combining Eucalyptus citriodora essential oil with patchouli essential oil and cedarwood virginiana essential oil to make a stock blend for an all-natural, DIY bug repellent spray using hydrosol or water as the base. Eucalyptus citriodora is also sometimes helpful when looking to inhibit the herpes virus.

Emotionally and energetically, eucalyptus citriodora essential oil cools and calms. It is often used to help cleanse the mind, body, and spirit, especially when looking to reduce negative emotions.
