If you tend to carry tension in your shoulders and neck, try massaging them with may chang diluted in jojoba.

Safety & Warnings
May cause irritation to skin and mucous membranes, best to use well diluted in a carrier oil and in low doses. Avoid using on individuals with sensitive or damaged skin. May be sensitizing. According to "Essential Oil Safety" by Tisserand and Young (second edition), they suggest that the oil not be used with people who have Glaucoma. Not to be used with children under five years old.

First time trying May Chang love the smell of this oil. I use Aromatic International oils only now since finding them because of the quality of the oils the fact they provide the testing of the oils and the date, the origin. Great company! Keep up the awesome job!

I put may chang in my diffuser, it was soooo strong! Guess the oils I've been buying are far less aromatic, or this one is really strong. So pleased to learn that I won't have to use so much if AI oils and it will last a lot longer! I love this scent, but next time I won't have to use as much:)
