Description

Our bourbon vanilla oleoresin, produced in Madagascar, involves an alcohol extraction of vanilla beans, followed by removal of the alcohol by distillation in a vacuum. The oleoresin remaining after alcohol evaporation is a dark brown and is thicker than honey. When infused into our Jojoba, a minute amount of solvent is used to help disperse the vanilla into the jojoba.

Jojoba oil is a liquid wax that closely resembles our skin’s sebum—the oily secretions our skin produces to protect itself. It contains powerful antioxidants, moisturizes deeply, and is excellent for both skin and hair. With this fantastic infusion, you get all the moisturizing and healing benefits of the jojoba as well as the therapeutic benefits of vanilla.

Jojoba is the most favored of our carrier oils due to its molecular stability. It does not go rancid so it may be useful for extending the shelf life of other carriers and blends. Go ahead and try this wonderful infused oil, you deserve it!
