Directions

  1. 1. Drop all of the essential oils into your glass bottle.
  2. 2. Fill the rest of the bottle with the Marula oil.
  3. 3. Cap the bottle tightly and gently roll it between your palms to blend everything together.
  4. 4. To use: Apply on pulse points, the chest, or wherever grounding and clarity are needed.
