We previously offered Lime essential oil under the Latin name Citrus aurantifolia. This batch, however, is derived from the Persian Lime, known as Citrus latifolia. While both are genuine lime oils and interchangeable, you might notice the latifolia variety has a  sweeter aroma, in contrast to the tartness of aurantifolia. Both are of high quality and offer unique aromatic experiences. We hope you enjoy this refreshing variety of Lime! The vibrant, bright, and effervescent scent reinvigorates the senses, charging the body with renewed energy. While many lime oils are cold pressed, leading to phototoxic reactions on the skin, ours is different. Expertly steam distilled, our lime oil is safe for topical use without any phototoxic concerns. Sourced from organic orchards bathed in the southern Italian sun, this unique lime essential oil stands apart in quality and character. Elevate your senses and enjoy the refreshing and uplifting aroma.

A Passion for Aromatherapy

Aromatics International would not be what it is today without your shared belief in what we do, what we stand for, and how we conduct our aromatherapy practice.

I embarked on my journey to source pesticide-free, sustainable products from small-scale farmers and a major criteria of mine is that everything I source is both aromatically vibrant and also therapeatically effective. I love sharing what I find in this world with others. I am constantly blown away by the positive response I receive from all of you. I thank all of you for your strong support throughout the years and am continually inspired by the warm words you share with me. It truly keeps me going.

Love, Karen
