Safety Information

  • Safety & Dilution: This blend was created at a 3% dilution. Due to the tarragon, please use caution if pregnant, nursing, or on blood thinners. We also recommend a small patch test to ensure there is no skin sensitivity.
  • Kid Safety: For kids between the ages of 5 and 10, we recommend 2 drops cape chamomile, 2 drops sweet marjoram, 2 drops bergamot mint.
  • Shelf Life: The ingredient with the shortest shelf life remaining becomes the shelf life of the entire blend.

Directions

  1. 1. Add and mix the essential oils in 1 fl oz of unscented lotion.
  2. 2. Apply blend directly to the abdomen. Use up to 4 times a day as needed for spasms.
