Safety Information

  • Safety & Dilution: If asthmatic, please use caution due to the eucalyptus dives essential oil.
  • Kid Safety: This blend is safe for kids 10 and over. For kids ages 5 - 10 reduce the number of drops in the personal inhaler to 8 - 10 total drops. Avoid the steam blend application for all children under 10.
  • Pet Safety: N/A
  • Shelf Life: For the stock blend the ingredient with the shortest shelf life becomes the shelf life of the entire blend. For the personal inhaler blend the shelf life is 2-6 months. If the aroma starts to lessen, feel free to add the same oils to the same cotton wick as a refresher or use a new cotton wick. However, we do recommend changing out the entire inhaler after 1 year, or if changing blends.

Directions

  1. 1. Combine the essential oils in the empty 5 ml Glass Bottle w/Orifice Reducer to create a "stock blend".
  2. 2. Shake gently to blend.
  3. 3. Use as a Clear Mind Steam - Add 1 drop of the stock blend to a bowl of warm steaming water. With your eyes closed, inhale deeply under a towel.
  4. 4. Use in a Personal Inhaler - Add 15–18 drops of the stock blend to a blank inhaler (use only 8–10 drops for children ages 5 to 10).
  5. 5. Use Topically - Dilute 1 drop of the stock blend into 1 tsp of Unscented Lotion or your favorite carrier oil and apply to the throat or chest.
